Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  
  

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  
  

To start a return, please email us at info@savvytreads.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and provide instructions.
Defective items may be eligible for free returns depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Method & Fees

• Return Method: Returns must be sent by mail.
  

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  

• Prepaid Label Option: You may request a prepaid tracked return label from us for £4, which will be deducted from your refund.
  
  

You may also choose your own courier.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Important Notes

• Items that are returned used, damaged, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
  

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Order Cancellations: 

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our standard return process.

Restocking Fees: 

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items/

 

Shipping Refunds:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable] except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
