Please read the following terms and conditions carefully; these are applicable to all users and all purchases made from the website www.savvytreads.co.uk.

These terms are subject to change at any time, and it is advisable to check them before making any new purchase. You may find it useful to print a copy for your reference. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

www.savvytreads.co.uk is run by Endromis  Ltd a private limited company registration number 14492030 and is incorporated in England and Wales. Our VAT number is GB 474805468. This website, its contents, terms and conditions, and contracts will be governed and dealt with accordance to English law. Anyone who accesses the site outside of England is responsible for conformity to any local taxes that may apply and local laws.

The price displayed on the site is in GB Pounds sterling; there are no additional taxes and will be delivered through a specific courier depending on the delivery address. Goods must be signed for by a person aged 18 or over. Responsibility passes to you, the customer, once the goods are delivered and signed for. It is the customer's responsibility to take care of the goods in case of any need for return. If the packet seems damaged or tampered with in any way, both Savvytreads.co.uk and the courier must be informed immediately, and the package should be signed for as damaged.

If we are unable to deliver to the address given to us by the customer, the goods will be returned to ourselves where we will store the goods safely until we can contact the customer to re-organise a delivery time. Goods being held by ourselves due to delivery not being possible at the address given to us by the customer will be stored for 14 days, after which the customer will be refunded, less delivery and administration charges incurred by ourselves.

Delivery outside the UK is possible to certain countries; customers have to select the non-UK destination on our cart page. The customer will be charged for delivery depending on the destination and weight of goods and the customer will be liable for any additional import taxes or duties.

We take reasonable steps to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations in colour or appearance may occur.

Full payment for your order is taken at check out and a binding contract is formed once your  order has been dispatched, an invoice will be sent along with the goods advising you of what you have bought.

We aim to process all orders as fast as possible. As most items are stock items, we try to dispatch goods within 3 working days once payment has been received. Special orders or custom items may take longer, and customers will be advised of delivery periods for such items. Certain items may have a longer delivery time, and these will be indicated accordingly. Goods are subject to availability; occasionally, a product may be temporarily out of stock.

The customer will have the option to cancel the order if this delay is not satisfactory.

All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation, delivery timeframes are estimates and ocassionally delays may occur.If for some reason we are not able to deliver a order we will cancel the order and refund monies taken.

Cancellation of Order Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

You, the customer, have a 'cooling off period' and are entitled to cancel your order up to and including 14 days, the first day being the day after the date of receipt of goods by yourselves. You must notify us in written form or any notification by phone if you wish to cancel your order; we will provide full instructions on how to return the item.

Returns

If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the goods, they can be returned, providing you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and  and return the goods within 30 days of receipt of goods, where we are happy to  give you a full refund on the cost of the goods excluding distribution costs incurred by us in supplying your order.If you wish to exchange the size or require a different item you will need to place a new order and the returned item will be refunded subject to our return terms and conditions

Please fill in the return section of the invoice sent with the order. Goods that are to be returned should reach us within 30 days from receipt of goods; any returns falling outside of these dates will be refused.  Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods or confirming cancellation, please allow a further 3-10 working days for funds to credit back to your original payment method, these times can vary dependant on  your bank or payment provider and are not in our control.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning their goods,we recommend appropriate packaging used and insurance taken, as it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the goods are returned to us safely

To initiate a return, please follow our return authorisation instructions. We offer a prepaid return label for convenience, with a £4 deduction from your refund. Alternatively, you can return your order using your own shipping provider.

Faulty returns and shipping errors 

If the incorrect goods are sent to you due to an error on our part, or the goods carry a manufacturing fault at the time of delivery, then we will offer you a full refund, including a free return label.

 We will not accept returned items that have been worn, misused, or appeared to have been damaged due to customer negligence or have any damage from wear and tear. Removable components that come with the shoe, including but not limited to shoe laces, insoles and charms are not eligible for replacement.

Goods should be inspected upon delivery. Any faulty goods or incorrect orders should be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of goods by you, the customer. If we do not hear from you within this period, it will be deemed that the goods are satisfactory and fit for their purpose. Please inspect your goods promptly, as any claims or returns after this point will not be entertained. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please be aware socks, undergarments such as boxers/pants or knickers are not returnable nor  non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. www.savvytreads.co.uk reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at their own discretion. www.savvytreads.co.uk reserves the right to change prices without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many products in our catalogue may occasionally be mis-priced.

Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is different from the one shown, we will contact you first, notifying you of the error. You will then be given the chance to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel your order. Prices and promotions may vary between our retail stores and online offers.

www.savvytreads.co.uk makes no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.

 No liability for indirect losses including without limitation special or consequential damages, arising out of your access to, or inability to access, this site. Savvytreads.co.uk  does not accept any responsibility for any website not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Brand Promo & Discount Exclusions

Discount codes are valid on full-priced products only and selective sale items. In certain cases, based on the offer, discount codes may not work on full-priced products. www.savvytreads.co.uk reserves the right to end or amend discount offers at any time without notice. Certain products from the brands below may be excluded from the offer.

Images of products used in promotional banners/social posts and other advertising may be excluded from the promotional offer.

Excluded Brands: Discounts and promotional offers do not apply to certain brands. Currently, specific product styles may also be excluded from discounts without prior notice.
Changes to Excluded Brands: We reserve the right to withdraw discounts or promotions on certain brands or product styles at any time. Such changes may be made without prior notification.

Clearpay:

 Clearpay is a payment service that lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest (late fees apply). Please note the first payment will be due at the time of your transaction.

Once you have chosen Clearpay at checkout, you will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details. The exact amount of your purchase and dates of your payments will be displayed for you to agree to before you confirm your purchase. You will be sent a copy of each Clearpay Plan by email following your transaction with us.

You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

Clearpay is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18+ (excluding Channel Islands) with a UK billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to use Clearpay or create a Clearpay account.
